as From the ADMIN area, select the Members tab. Members are those emails that you want to communicate or grant access to video.

From this area, you may view subscriptions and add members.

as If you need to delete a student (and their personal collection), you may do so from the Members tab. The pull down menu at the far right allows you to delete.

as You may add new members from this tab. You will need the email, name and any keywords of groups you would like to associate to them.

Keywords may be a class ID.

as The template is a .csv comma separated value Excel sheet. To add multiple keywords, be sure to separate with a semi-colon.

Once added, these members may have an existing collection shared. Or you may create a "Personal collection" from the Members tab.
