Game:
- Players Start in a half squat isometric hold with their arms up.
- Coach calls out a direction of Head, Shoulder Knees and Toes.
- When the coach repeats the same direction twice, the first player to grab the ball from the cone scores a point. First to 3.

Purpose:
This exercise is to help build strength and stability in this particular position and range of motion - the squat position helpful for improving the split step and recovery. This is particular helpful when a player is entering their Peak Height Velocity i.e. the time when they grow the fastest during their adolescent growth.
