Dr. Bob Ward is a Sport Scientist who was Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist for the Dallas Cowboys from 1976 to 1989. He is currently Director Sports Science Network (SSN) in Dallas, TX. Ward became aware of the need for Sports Conditioning while growing up in the "Muscle Beach Era" in Southern California, and while competing as an athlete in football and Track in High School, College and USMC. Ward has a career of accolades in both NFL, S&C, and Track & Field. Dr. Ward now shares this expertise with these online video resources.
Presently, Bob competes in Masters Track and Field (Weight Pentathlon, Ultra Weight Pentathlon, and Hammer, Shot, Discus, Javelin and Weight Throw), Olympic Weight Lifting, Power Lifting. Bob is a World Champion and has many World and American Records in the listed sports to his credit.
During the past 2 years Bob has been working with Mark Eldridge of Blazingthunder Sports (Robotic Sports Systems) in creating 21st Century Robotic Machines that they will be releasing to the Sports World in the near future:
