The Intercollegiate Tennis Association, a non-profit organization, has been serving the collegiate tennis community for over 50 years. Founded in 1956, the ITA has been headed since 1979 by David A Benjamin, Executive Director. As the governing body of college tennis, the ITA provides opportunities and supports 1,700 varsity coaches and college tennis programs nationwide as well as over 15,000 Intercollegiate student-athletes.
